Fix My Flip (2022)
Licensed real estate agent Page Turner, meets with struggling flippers to tour mid-flip properties that are in hopeless financial situations. Page invests her own money to help the floundering flippers fix everything from blown budgets and mismanaged schedules to uninspired upgrades and lackluster design.

A married couple [Marianne and Kurt in Lake Mission Viejo] who flips on the side are completely lost on a million-dollar flip, and holding costs are burning a hole in their profit. Page steps in to right the ship, but the flippers have an undisclosed issue that may put their partnership in peril.
A couple who flips purchases a condemned eyesore that's falling apart; taking over this flip is a monumental task for Page who not only needs to manage a tight budget, but also figure out how to make the home desirable for any buyer.
