Slow pace in the most part of the movie.
Absolutely Brilliant!
It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.
It is both painfully honest and laugh-out-loud funny at the same time.
A film such as Paddle To Seattle will likely serve to light a fire under kayaking enthusiasts. For the average Joe, this is a rare opportunity to experience sea kayaking as one might never otherwise have the time, resources, or ability to do. The stunning scenery alone makes this film enjoyable but the real treasure here is in the fabulous dialog between J.J. and Josh. The chemistry between these two extreme adventurers will keep you thoroughly entertained throughout! After stumbling across Pedal To the Midnight Sun and watching it repeatedly. I was driven to seek out Paddle To Seattle. Great Film! I am eager to see the next product, whenever it may come...
