Part VIII - Return to Middle-earth is a documentary that focuses on the characters and creatures of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. It explores the process of casting and creating the dwarves, the hobbit, the trolls, Radagast, the goblins and Azog. It also shows the design and construction of the various locations in the film, such as Hobbiton, Rhosgobel, Rivendell, the Misty Mountains and Goblin-town. It gives an insight into the challenges and joys of returning to Middle-earth after a decade.
